December 28 Another Tokyo tripTook a break and went to Tokyo with hubby for few days. Japan is an amazing place coz you’ll never get bored no matter how often you visit. In fact, it has never stopped changing… new products (especially those “limited editions”), new buildings, new stores… all can keep it trendy and fresh. I love to see & shop around every single corner in Tokyo; Hubby loves all delicious Japanese dishes. Therefore, Japan is a place which suits both of us to go for a short stay.
Don’t know why my passion of Disney had suddenly gone. Hubby suggested hiking instead of Disneyland. Well, we spent one whole day to go to Tokyo suburban area and climbed up a 399m mountain. Guess we were nuts?! Oh no… it was the first time we saw red autumnal leaves together ^0^ for me, it’s so sweet and memorable. September 13 陽澄湖空運大閘蟹十二萬分多謝好友們送來超級新鮮的大閘蟹...LOL...

Friends brought us crabs directly from Shanghai & sent to our home within 45 mins after arrival …到底今年有幾大隻呢??How big would the crabs be??

呢晚我哋蒸咗十隻蟹,每人分一對,啱啱係個好字!~This night, totally 5 pairs of crabs were steamed. Each of us had one pair - You know, ONE male & ONE female together means 'good' in Chinese!

Line up for the crab! 我口既!我口既! Mine! It's my bite! August 17 My Birthday Trip to MacauWe planned to stay a night at Wynn Macau to celebrate my birthday this year with friends. As we arrived early at around noon, room was not available yet. Sweetie went to have a perm while I played a few hands of Carribean Stud. She's a bit upset about her hair style and blamed me for allowing her to have the perm but I really thought she looked fine. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at a French restaurant in MGM where we shared a bottle of Lafite 1982. Frankly, I'm not a red wine lover and I really couldn't tell the difference. Anyway the food was real fine and it was my first time to try raw mussels which were so tasty.
We started our day at a very old-fashioned Chinese restaurant and continued our tasting journey in Macau the next day. We took pork bone pot for dinner and used straw to suck the marrow with pepper soup... till all of us were fully loaded. March 10 Our sweet vacationWe've spent a few days in Seoul celebrating our anniversary. It's been a lovely vacation for us. Sherman knows I love skiing and he learns to play snowboard all becoz of me ^0^ How sweet! .....lol........ Besides playing snowboard and ski, sitting on a lift above the snow-clad mountain to see the snowdrift right under you could also be a very romantic thing
 Most of the time we had Korea galbi (Korean barbecue that features the sliced meat placed on a leaf of lettuce or any other vegetables) for dinner and jjigae (similar to guk but thicker & harder, it's usually spicy & served in a pre-heated stone bowl) for lunch. The taste of Korean dishes is so delicious, especially the juicy snowflake painted sirloin.
All I've to say is I'm so content with this trip. It worths a full marks! February 24 Somewhat about Disney WonderDuring the preparation for next trip to Seoul, the memory of the last vacation on Disney Wonder was brought up. How was it? Well, by the name of the ship, everything's so wonderful.
Before I went aboard, I've been thinking it might be a bit childish and there's no way to compare with the real cruise. Things turned out to be much better than I expected. I still couldn't forget the smiling face of the crew, the super considerate service, the shinning sun on the deck, the big blue sky & ocean in Nassau, caption Jack Sparrow in Castaway Cay, the extreme thrilling experience on watercraft...but my sweetheart had severe sea-sickness even she could stand all crazy roller coaster and free fall rides.
Those good memories're driving me to go back again, of course not this year ^0^ Actually, we're planning to have our next visit to Orlando & Bahama in Nov. or Dec. 2009. Come join us and have fun together! December 07 Disneyworld~ where your dreams come true!I believe more than a million dreams are granted in Disney. For sure, I'm a super Disney fans and my hubby loves to go there with me as well I swear I've never compelled him We enjoyed totally 12 days in Orlando Disneyworld and on the Disney Wonder Cruise. Five of the Disney's enchanting Theme Park are wonderful! Travelling around by discover the thrill of dream comes true in Magic Kingdom; explore the culture and cuisine of eleven nations in Epcot; meet & greet Disney's movie stars in MGM Studio; getting extremely close to the wild animals in Animal Kingdom; have the crazy water slide in Blizzard Beach.... This vacation made me so happy & excited... Really don't want to back to the "real world" after all >.<October 27 Love peonySherman bought me two beautiful peonies three days ago. Let's see their rapid growth... Life's so lovely! July 14 Morton DinnerThe past few weeks have been wonderful. My sweetheart prepared for me a sreies of magnificent birthday presents. It all started with the trip to Thailand where we enjoyed refreshing spa and massage. Then we went to Macau and visited several new casinos though we had to pay our entrance fees. And it rounded up by a marvellous dinner last night, a "lucky Friday" in Morton - one of the fine Steak House in town. I'm kind of a carnivore so it's needless to say how satisfied I could be. Lucky indeed! Facing somewhat unexpected, it’s hard to tell how life’s being organized. This afternoon, I thought I must have failed in the morning exam and bought a pair of Manolo Blahnik for consolation. Finally, this consolation prize turned into a passing award. Life is amazing, isn’t it
